Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City of Desert Hot Springs and the Palm Springs Unified School District for the Police Department to provide one School Resource Officer for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school years; with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney.
