Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Take Five Entertainment in the amount of $132,000 to produce 12 monthly outdoor concerts in the downtown for Fiscal Year 2025-2026; with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney.
