Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement for providing State and Federal Aid Assistance As-Needed on Capital Improvement Projects with NAI Consulting in the amount not to exceed $70,000 per year for Fiscal Year 2024-25, 2025-26, 2026-27. And approve any substantive changes to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager.
