Approve the Second Amendment of the Professional Services Agreement by and between the City of Desert Hot Springs and Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc., and authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment Professional Services Agreement with Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney.
