Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for engineering plan check services between the City and NV5 Incorporated, increasing the Engineering Plan Check Services for fiscal year 2024-2025 from $180,000 to $500,000, for fiscal year 2025-2026 from $180,000 to $500,000; and adding a task order for As-needed City Engineering Support Services for fiscal year 2024-2025 in an amount not to exceed $125,000, and for fiscal year 2025-2026 in an amount not to exceed $250,000.
