Recommendation
1) Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Desert Hot Springs establishing a 115 Trust account administered by Public Agency Retirement Services and appoint the City Manager as the Plan Administrator; and 2) Authorize City Manager to execute the Agreement for Administrative Services with Public Agency Retirement Services for the 115 Trust Account with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney
