Recommendation
1) Authorize the City Manager to cancel the original Professional Services Agreement between the City of Desert Hot Springs and Minagar and Associates; and 2) Approve the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Desert Hot Springs and Minagar and Associates to include Exhibit B - State and Federal Requirement and: 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Exhibit B, for Engineering Design for HSIP Cycle 11 - Citywide Pedestrian Safety Project, City Project No. 3027 with Minagar and Associates, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $62,373.00 with a contingency of $6,237.30 (10%) for any additional work as approved by the City, which brings a total budget of $68,610.30.
