Award Construction Agreement for the Police Department Annex Building Project 8003

1) Award the construction agreement for the Police Department Annex Building Project 8003, to the lowest responsive qualified bidder Perera Construction and Design Inc.; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to draft and execute the construction agreement for Police Department Annex Building Project 8003, with Perera Construction and Design Inc, in an amount not to exceed $6,049,000.00, with a 10% contingency of $604,900.00 bringing the total amount to $6,653,900.00. And approve a total project budget in an amount of $7,263,900 for additional project expenses for the costs of construction management, and furniture, finishing's, and, equipment.
