Award Construction Agreement for the John H. Furbee Aquatic Center Improvements, City Project No. 2013

1) Award the construction agreement for the John H. Furbee Aquatic Center Improvements, City Project No. 2013., to the lowest responsive qualified bidder USA Construction; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to draft and execute the construction agreement for John H. Furbee Aquatic Center Improvements, City Project No. 2013, with USA Construction, in an amount not to exceed $1,064,680.00, with a 10% contingency of $106,468.00 bringing the total amount to $1165,148.00. And approve a total project budget in an amount of $1,265,148.00 for additional project expenses for the costs of construction management.
