Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City of Desert Hot Springs and the County of Riverside for the Police Department to provide an officer to the Post-release Accountability and Compliance Team for the term of agreement through June 30, 2028; with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney.
