Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City of Desert Hot Springs and the San Diego Police Department for the Police Department to provide a detective, as a collateral duty, to the SDPD ICAC Task Force, for the term of agreement January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2028; with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney.
