Recommendation

Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with 29 Palms Farmers Market to facilitate and manage Friday Nights on Pierson for a period of five years, with the City continuing to cover the costs of the event for the first year in amount not to exceed $72,500, paid out at $1500.00 per week, for each event held, to be paid monthly in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00 per month.
