Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with JNS Media Specialists, Inc. for city-wide brand development, creative and marketing services in an amount not to exceed $100,000 annually, for one year, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms subject to a duly approved budget.
