Adopt a Resolution of the City Council calling for a public hearing on October 1, 2024 to ascertain whether the public necessity, health, safety or welfare requires the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures within Area No. 2, which is along Indian Canyon Drive between 19th Avenue and 20th Avenue.
