Recommendation
1) Consider a request from Snider Investments LLC(Developer) to enter into a Deferred Development Impact Fee Agreement with Attached Lien Agreement ("Agreement"), which would allow the Developer to defer the development impact fees ("DIFs") in the amount of $292,200.00, and make $25,000.00 monthly payment until paid in full; and 2) Should the City Council approve the Developer's request to defer the DIFs and enter into the Agreement, authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Agreement.
