Recommendation

Authorize the City Manager to execute a Towing Franchise Service Agreement with Aarco Towing to exclusively provide towing service per the Towing Franchise Agreement with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney. These services will be provided within the city limits for the Police Department, as well as other City Departments on a as needed basis.
