Staff recommends that the City Council consider: 1) Receive and file the presentation on Lift to Rise's 2024-26 Affordable Housing Action Plan; 2) Support the goals and initiatives outlined in the Action Plan; and 3) Direct staff to collaborate with Lift to Rise and other community partners to advance affordable housing projects within Desert Hot Springs.
