Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for engineering plan check services between the City and NV5 Incorporated, increasing the contract amount to an amount not to exceed $180,000 for fiscal year 2023/2024, $120,000 for fiscal year 2024/2025, and $120,000 for fiscal year 2025/2026.
