Authorize the City Manager to award the Traffic Signal Maintenance and On-Call Services contract to the most qualified bidder Yunex Traffic and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement between Yunex Traffic and the City of Desert Hot Springs in the amount not to exceed $17,712.00 for Traffic Signal Maintenance and an additional $ 49,288.00 for On-Call Services, bringing the total amount for this contract to $ 60,000.00, for Traffic Signal Maintenance and On-Call Services.
