Recommendation
Staff is recommending the following, based on Council policy of providing an unhoused service: 1) Proceed with contracting for an annual contract for the HUB Access (the actual contract will come back once the negotiations are complete) 2) Allocate funding, one-time funding (reserves and housing) to augment annual revenues.
