Recommendation
1) Reject all bid proposals for the Public Safety Campus 2) Authorize Staff to develop and finalize a phasing plan for the Public Safety Campus, in which Phase 1 of the Public Safety Campus includes the construction of the Police Department Annex Building only but still maintains operational functionality of the entire site. 3) Authorize Staff to proceed with re-design of plans and specifications accordingly, and re-advertise Request For Proposal for Construction of Police Annex Project.
