Recommendation
1) Award the construction agreement for Fire Station # 98, City Project No. 8004, to the lowest responsive qualified bidder Robert Clapper Construction Services, Inc.; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to draft and execute the construction agreement for Fire Station # 98, City Project No. 8004, with Robert Clapper Construction Services, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $8,592,000.00, with a 10% contingency of $859,200.00 bringing the total amount to $9,451,200.00. And approve a total project budget in an amount of $10,031,200.00 for additional project expenses for construction management, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
