Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) for the design and engineering of an Emergency Access Study for the City of Desert Hot Springs, with Desert Hot Springs' share of the project cost not to exceed $28,750.00 being 25% of the anticipated Local Share of the Project costs.
