Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Desert Hot Springs, California, acting as the legislative body of City of Desert Hot Springs Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 authorizing the issuance of its Improvement Area 1 Special Tax Bonds, Series 2023 in a principal amount not to exceed two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) and approving certain documents and taking certain other actions in connection therewith.
