Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements for construction of emergency road repairs between the City and the following contractors in the corresponding amounts listed below, and allow for any substantive changes to be made by the City Manager, if needed. 1) Powel Constructors in an amount not to exceed $517,207.00 and a total budget of $719,704.70. 2) KIP Incorporated in an amount not to exceed $1,399,819.00 and a total budget of $1,839,052.60. 3) KEC Engineering in an amount not to exceed $1,148,740.00 and a total budget of $1,457,152.40 4) Tri-Star Contracting II Inc in am amount not to exceed $3,438,249.20 and a total budget of $4,097,924.27
