Authorize the City Manager to execute, and make any substantive changes, to the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and NV5, Incorporated for Engineering Plan Check Services in the amount not to exceed $120,000 and allow for any substantive changes to be made by the City Manager, if needed.
