That the Planning Commission made a favorable recommendation to the City Council on the proposed Ordinance: "An Ordinance of the City Council Adding Section 17.64.020 "Review Authority; Multiple Permit Applications" to Clarity That 1) Processing Environmental Review Shall be Done by the Person/Board Having Review Authority, and 2) Processing Multiple Entitlements for One Project Shall be Done by the Person/Board Having the Highest Level of Review Authority."
