1) Accept the Subdivision Improvement Agreement, Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond, any substantive changes shall be approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney; and 2) Authorize staff to process and file the Subdivision Improvement Agreement with the County Recorder's Office.
