Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement entitled, "Stagnant Water Inspection and Abatement Warrant Release, Waiver, and Indemnity Agreement by and Between the City of Desert Hot Springs and Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District," and allow for any substantive changes to be made by the City Manager, if any.
