1) Introduce for First Reading and read by title only: "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Desert Hot Springs, California, Amending Chapter 2.24 "Departments, Boards and Commissions," Section 2.24.050 "Removal" as It Pertains to Absences in the Desert Hot Springs Municipal Code;" and 2) Approve a revision to the "City Council and Commissions Meeting Guidelines and Procedures Policy" to mirror the language in the proposed ordinance.
