Benefits and limits
18% discount on qualifying electricity bills
Full requirements
SCE residential households qualify for FERA according to their total current household income and household size. For June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, the annual income bands include $43,281–$54,100 for one or two people, $54,641–$68,300 for three people, and $66,001–$82,500 for four people; other sizes have separate limits. Owners and renters may apply, with a separate application route for qualifying submetered tenants billed through a landlord. Use the current provider application for the final determination; the older finder narrative's three-person minimum does not match the current SCE table.
