Full requirements
Weatherization assistance is intended for qualifying low-income households, and the local energy-services provider determines eligibility and which improvements the home can receive. California's DOE WAP limits effective July 1, 2026 include monthly income of $2,660 for one person and $5,500 for four people; other household sizes have different limits. Income sources and other program factors can change the determination, so apply through the provider serving the property's city or county.
