Full requirements
Applicants must own a property in a participating Home Run Financing community and propose an eligible energy, water-efficiency or home-resilience improvement. Qualification depends on home equity and the homeowner's income and repayment capacity; rental properties can qualify even when the owner does not live there. The provider approves the property, project and financing terms, and repayment is collected through a property-tax assessment.
